@TXTalker69 I am going below the two loops at the top of the stitch. Many people call this the V.

Hi Teresa~
Question 2: Am I correct to say that you are working in the top stitch of the V when working the chain but both of the top V stitches after working the chain? So I don’t have to worry about going through the middle of the V and below the bump?

Hi Teresa~
I have made several afghans in years past and I am attempting to make another one but have forgotten several things. Also this pattern is making pinwheel motifs then assembling them. I have never done pinwheel motifs…. but my questions are: 1. the book that I had learned from showed working the chain and other stitiches as going through the top of the “V” and below the “Bump” in the back of the stitches. I see that you are showing working the chain as only going through the top V.

hi I really love your video, and I am a beginner so I have a problem to ask for your help. My stitches don’t stand upright, they tend to lean to the left. Could you help me to solve this? Thank you very much

Thanks Teresa! I tried learning from other videos and gave up. I came back to it on Monday, watched your video and I just finished my first hat and it’s only Wednesday. Your video was really clear and easy to understand, thanks for taking the time to make it.

@xxMyBloodyMindxx You would need to find a conversion chart for US- UK standards. You should be able to Google it.

@tjw1963 Does that mean that you’re using US standards in crocheting ?

@xxMyBloodyMindxx You are probably talking about the UK standards. I believe they refer to the double crochet as a single crochet but I am not sure. I have never learned the UK standards.

@TheSilentOneHere You may have holes when you are first start out. That is related to tension. Continue practicing and your stitches will be more even.
