I want to add my thank you for all your video work. You ARE a great teacher. I am a beginner and picked this right up. I am using four colors, three different shades of pink/red and it looks beautiful!. I chained 200 and am using a F/5 size hook to give me a large lap blanket. I am thrilled with how it is coming along. I am thinking of using a shell boarder done in black to make the colors pop. Thank you again!

@AdvantageousAngie You can use two colors. The only way to learn is to ask questions. No question is a dumb question.

Forgive me if this is a dumb question, but can you use only two colors for this pattern?

Thank you so much for this! I am new to crocheting, and ive been really successful in this pattern already! You are a great teacher. At the moment Ive just tested this pattern with the length you used in the tutorial, but maybe when I am done I will make a blanket in this size. I guess Ill just turn this one in to a scarf.
Is there a tutorial about how to get rid of those pesky end bits of yarn after you change colours? Thanks!

Thank you for the prompt reply. Can you suggest any patterns? Have you posted any videos for adult cardigans that I can follow?
tjw1963 on said:
@Urvasi163 You can take an existing cardigan pattern and adapt this stitch to the cardigan.

@tjw1963 Well, I’m using a size G hook, so I just kinda chained some & wraped it around my neck to measure. haha. It’s turning out great so far.
tjw1963 on said:
@searlsr07 I am estimating a chain of 30.

I would like to make a scarf using the pattern. How many chains do you think I should start with?
