Welcome back to the high school scrapbook special. In the last article, we covered how it’s possible for you to overcome Problems getting started and the way to source more materials for your album.

In this article, we’ll be moving on to issues that you could encounter when working on your next album.

I don’t have the time to make one

While this is not a problem concerning with the school scrapbook itself, its is no less an important one that needs to be covered.

You might be just suffering from a lack of “you” time. Free time is time commonly used up doing the things that are important to you, doing what you truly want to do.

Its easy to fall into a pattern that sucks up your free time too – between, working your job, running a house and keeping your family running, time seems to disappear swiftly .

You want to set aside some time for yourself. A great time for that is right at the end of the day – work is over, dinner and the family is sorted out and you can relax. Find a place that’s out of the way, a spare room or a corner in a room that your family use less and get yourself set up in there.

You will be staggered by how much you get done when you are out of a busy traffic area!

My Album Looks Like Everyone Else’s!

This is quite a common problem and one of the biggest surprises is that many individuals do not even recognize that it is occurring to them. If you do notice – congratulations! You’ve got a keen eye and strong observation skills.

The way this occurs is that folk often fall into a routine. While its good to draw inspiration from other scrapper’s school scrapbook, it can have the problem of coming out looking similar, if not the same.

I get around this by making the very first page something completely original. Everything I am doing on this page has to be of my very own design using my own creativeness . This puts me into a great process where I then go on to make successive pages using both inspiration and original thought.

So there you go, I have covered the primary issues that many folk seem to have when putting together their school scrapbook. With a little ingenuity and creativeness, you’ll notice that you can beat any other scrapbooking problems by tackling them head on!
