Special Thoughts Conveyed By Christmas Cards

8th Dec 2010

Are you worried that you cannot buy gifts for everyone you wanted and that they would be sad when they don’t get a gift from you? There is nothing to worry, there is something you can send to them, of course it won’t be as grand as a gift but you never know; it could do wonders. You can send them out a special greetings card; it can definitely put a smile on ones face.

The hard part is when you have to choose the correct card for each group. You can choose a simple card for people you barely know. You have to send them cards because you don’t want to be rude. You can get some good quality cards for your friends and family. Even the musical cards would do. It will even make then laugh.

Are you still not happy about the idea? Then here is what you should do, get some cardboard, coloured felt pens, a pair of scissors, some glue and some Christmas magazines which you can cut out some pictures. Now you are ready to make your cards all by yourself. If you are able to find a Santa clause hat, then you can put it on and take a picture, you can use that for the front page of your card.

Next you have to write a small verse or just say season’s greetings on the other side, to let everyone know the reason of these cards. If you don’t have the time to spend on making cards, then go to the local bookstore and look for cards which are been sold to benefit a charity. That way you can make three people happy, you, the receiver and the person receiving the charity. Anyway you should be doing good deeds, it is the Christmas season.

Children from UNICEF design cards and the profit is sent to other children’s homes which don’t receive fund often. It is the season of giving, so it will be a blessing if you help these children. And no matter how expansive or cheap the cards may be, if your thoughts are kind then that is enough. You are definitely going to make people smile this Christmas.
