Unbelievable, see how time flies!  It’s been a whole (twelve months~year} of deprived sleep, changing diapers, sweet, and a tingle in your heart twelve months ago wouldn’t knew existed.  Your baby is turning ONE!  This occasion  is big, although you will still hear people say, “Just do something small, they will never remember it”.  This is correct, your baby will not remember his first birthday party.  But hey, it’s a great reason to get everyone together and party.  Now, how does one plan for such an event?

First you should to decide if there is going to be a theme?  There are so many to choose from starting with the number 1.  You can find an array of party decorations as well as first birthday invites to choose from.  Or, does your baby have a favorite character?  likeMaybe Sesame Street, Barney, Trains?  The theme is important as the number one task you plan since once you have picked the theme, you can plan the event around it.

Great, so you’ve now picked a theme.  You should next need to figure out where it will be held.  Some normally decide to host it a their home since it is usually a gathering of close family and friends and remember, your little one might not be interested in playing, may be sleepy and want to go down for a nap, and really, you will have many more years to come for (birthday} parties at Chuck E Cheese, carnivals, etc.  Say you choose not to host it at home, depending on the forecast, the park is a great place for a celebration or a club house if might not be a good plan.  Another tip is, keepput the adult food (i.e. anything a small child can choke on) out of reach.
